Are Capricorn guys uptight and boring?

They say that Capricorn guys are uptight and conservative. Well, not when it comes to David Bowie. Again, fairly conservative in the way of appearance – think suit and polished look. Although most would think that David Bowie is more an Aquarian than a Capricorn I have to say that even Capricornians are known to be eccentric.
